This talk from Indian Minister of State for External Affairs Shashi Tharoor seems more like propaganda, but he raises some points worth considering.
Sadly, no embedded option; you’ll have to go to the TED site to check it out.  TED’s website has some cool options (like interactive transcripts) so it’s not too bad.
